Yuma: Free HIV testing offered on World AIDS Day

On Dec. 1, Back to the Basics Please, Inc. will be partnering with the Regional Center for Border Health medical mobile unit offering free HIV testing at two San Luis locations. Locations include the San Luis Walk-in Clinic, 1896 E. Once a year, on December 1st, a global commemoration of World AIDS Day remembers the millions of lives lost to this disease, draws attention to the needs of millions more living with HIV/AIDS, promotes education to prevent new infections, honors the progress made in the battle against AIDS, and renews commitments made to tackle the epidemic.
